Challenge & role

Construction teams don't have data to make decisions. It's locked in static documents, and general-purpose agents don't output trustworthy data.

As the product and design lead, I designed an agentic experience that extracts, structures, and makes materials data usable and trusted.

I worked closely with customers to turn their manual workflows into automated features in our platform, going from conversation to shipped solution in days.

Outcome

Took the product from zero to revenue: successful pilots with the world's largest real estate developers, converted to paying customers.
